Redstone 'Mountain Honey Wines' are fermented to 12% and bottled still. They are similar in body to many red or white grape wines. After that anything goes! We use different honeys to complement the mead being created. Mountain Honey Wines can be cellared or enjoyed right away. Drink in a 6 oz. wine glass. The Traditional Mountain Honey Wine is 7 parts Orange Blossom honey, 2 parts Wildflower honey. Medium in sweetness. Food Pairings: Pairs nicely with blackened fish, chicken, pork, curry, Thai cuisine.
